About Glenda S.
Glenda is a President's Sales Award winning full time working agent that assists buyers and sellers in navigating the world of real estate. She services areas in Stark (Canton) and surrounding counties (Carroll, Tuscarawas, Columbiana, Summit, Wayne, Holmes, Portage, and Mahoning). Her specialty is selling Canton city homes, but she is also well experienced in land, farms, and residential real estate.
She received her real estate license in 2016, and became a Full-time realtor in the summer of 2018. Her background is working with individuals with special needs (she has a son that has autism), as well as the elderly, and Glenda has a heart to serve her community. Although her roots have her raised on a 117 acre farm in Carroll county, Glenda's journey took her to the city. Now as a Canton City resident, she has served on many PTO and PTA's with Canton City Schools, she also serves as the Band Booster President for Mckinley High School for 2 years (2023-2025), and she currently serves on advisory boards at Mckinley High School and at Enrichment of Stark County.
In her spare time, Glenda enjoys spending time with her 3 children and 2 grand daughters. Her youngest son has joined the Marine Corp, and with many family members having served, she also feels honored when helping Veterans buy and sell their homes!
With many years of experience, she has built a circle of trust with many trusted lenders, contractors, title companies, and a strong management team, among others, to assist and make your sale or purchase the smoothest transaction it can be!
